In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006, you hereby confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by LLC "Dom Plus": collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer exclusively for the purpose of selling software in your name as described below, blocking, anonymizing, and destruction.

LLC "Dom Plus" guarantees the confidentiality of the received information. The processing of personal data is carried out to ensure the effective execution of orders, contracts, and other obligations undertaken by LLC "Dom Plus".

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the software copyright holder, distributor, or reseller for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. LLC "Dom Plus" guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software will protect personal data under conditions similar to those described in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name, middle name, email address, postal address for order delivery, contact phone number, and payment details.

The consent period is unlimited. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 241035, Bryansk region, Bryansk city, Kharkovskaya St., 14, marked "Revocation of consent to personal data processing".

Please note that revoking consent to the processing of personal data will result in the deletion of your account from the website and the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of LLC "Dom Plus", which may make it impossible to use the internet services of LLC "Dom Plus".

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that when providing the information, I am not violating the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights, and interests of third parties. All information provided is completed by me personally.

This consent is valid for the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
